GENERAL ELECTION
WELLINGTON NORTH SEAT Sir John Luke, M.P. for Wellington North, stated to-day that there still appeared to be some misapprehension as to his intentions in connection with the coming General Election, sonic people being under the impression that he intended to rotivo from active participation in politics. Sir John reiterated a previous announcement that he would again be a candidate for the seat ir. the interests of the Reform Party.
