When Mr. H. T. Armstrong (Christ* church East) was casting animadver» sions on the Government in respect to relief works in the course of* the'unemployment debate in the House of Eepresentatives ' yesterday, his failure to make himself quite clear on. one point led to an amusing incident. '.'I have worked on these works and I know," he declared. . "When?" inquired the Prime Minister. . : "Oh, I haven't worked, on them for a number of years, "replied Mr. Armstrong, by way of explanation. "I am like the Prime Minister: The only work I have done for a number of years is toiwork points."' (Loud laughter.)
