CONDITIONAL LEAVE REFUSED
The Court of Appeal to-day revoked an order giving Thomas Vernon Anson conditional leave to appeal to. the Privy Council, in a case in which a new trial was ordered in an action for damages against Black and White Cabs, Ltd. . . . At the heading, Mr. P. B. Cooke appeared in support of the motion asking that leave to appeal bo set aside, and Mr. M. Myers, K.C., with him Mr. "W. F. Ward, appeared to oppose.
