Police and summons cases at the Magistrate's Court to-day were dealt with by Mr. E; Page, S.M. . A third offender for drunkenness, Maurice James Murray, aged 57, was fined £1, in default seven days' imprisonment.. ■ Bertram Stewart was fined 10s for casting offensive matter.
