Waito (Clutha) should movo the formal resolution (following the opening of Parliament next week) that a suitable reply be framea ! to the address to bo given by His Excellency the Governor-General—fore-shadowing the work of the session—on Thursday next, and that the seconder would be Mr. A. Bell (Bay of Islands).
