Late reports confirm earlier1 messages that the situation on. the steamer' Jervis Bay is well in hand. The trouble appears to hayo originated in the vicinity of Coeos Island. One of the messages received to-day reads: "Mutiny suppressed." ' , - . , ! (Eeceived 23rd June, 11 a.m.) '•• LONDpN, 22nd Junor™1 - The London manager of the Commonwealth Lino (Mr.' Larkin), in a statement .to the Press, says that the latest messages from the master of the- Jervis Bay show the position is.well in hand, ■ and that there is no cause for any anxiety. The vessel will arrive at Colombo on Monday according to schedule, and there the necessary action against" the recalcitrants' will be taken.
