Mr. Arthur Lynnc (general secretary of the New-Zealand Small Shopkeepers' Association) made an application in the Magistrate's Court yesterday on belinlf of a number of stationers and tradespeople for exemption from closing hour provisions in awards. This was.omitted from the account of applications mnde in last night's "Post..'1' Mr. E. Page, S.M., reserved his decision on the applications.
