m Police and summons, cases at the Magistrate 's Court yesterday were dealt with by Mr. E. Page, S.M. , "' Duncan Morton Cameron, a plumber, aged 30, who pleaded guilty yesterday to charges of theft and wilful damage, was sentenced on the theft charge to two months' imprisonment. On the second charge, he was convicted and discharged. For allowing stock to wander, Eewi Eadcliffe Taylor was convicted and discharged. Failure to protect bread from dust cost William Firik £1. James Hunter, a service car proprietor of Petonc, pleaded guilty,, before Mr. j! H. Salmon, to two charges o£,carrying on unlicensed motor omnibus services. One of the charges related to a service between Wellington and Petone/arid the other to a service between Petono and Eastbourne. On each carge the defendant was convicted. and ordered to pay costs. On each of two charges of overloading an omnibus, Henry Ernest Mills, of Eastbourne, was-convicted and ordered to pay costs. ....
