They sat on the moonlit pier, two elderly sisters,,, both spinsters, and a Wealthy bachelor stood in between them. ' : ' The older sister looked up at the bache^ lor's face and in a far-away voice remarked •'— '"' '-■'■ "I have always'had a presentimentvthat I would die young." '■: * '■■; After uttering'this thought she'stood up and leaned close against the man. The moon sailed behind a cloud; "But you didn't dear, did you?" came the other sister's voice dryly in tke silence.
