SYNOPSIS. OF LAST '24 HOURS.
Barometers have risen slightly in the North, but fallen a little in the South owing to the lmssage of a slight low. pressure wave. Winds havo decreased, and are now' nowhere strong. The weather has improved considerably, rain bolus confined to a few scattered showers, mainly in western districts and the far South. Clear skies last night, following on low day temperatures, were responsible for the occurrence of- frost over many parts of. both Islands. A cyclone is developing oil tho New Soutli Wales coast, which will probably affect the Dominion early next week. No change is indicated in the general typo of weather experienced of "late.
