The Priuee of Wales and the Duke of Gloucester will start on their motor tour through -Kenya, Tanganyika, > and Uganda in November, following the caravan route .to Rhodesia, thence going by motor to Capetown, where- they will spend Christmas. The Earl of Athlone, who is returning to England in January, has expressed a.desire that the visit be regarded as a holiday, and few public, ceremonies are being arranged. Only tho - broad arrangements are being made in advance, for,the visit, which is to be regarded as a holiday and the Princes' arrangements will be made as it proceeds. Starting in November from Mombasa,' and travelling , to Nairobi by train; they will begin a month's tour through Kenya,' Tanganyika, and Uganda, and follow the caravan route southwards through Bhodesia to Capetown. There, Christmas will be spent with the Governor (the-Earl of Athlone) and the return-will, be made overland during January. During tho motor tour' through Khodesia, tho tra«k is well denned but fairly rough, and tho nights will be'spent in the veldt away from hotels. They hopo to have some big game shooting.
