"On charges of speeding Alfred Wilkinson and Thomas Kimmond were each fined £2; and on a similar charge and also one of not having a driver's license Ross Shannon was fined £2. and 10s respectively. Douglas A. Brewer was lined £2 for speeding, and on charges of failing to stop on request and for using an unlicensed vehicle he was fined 10s on, each charge. Fines of 10s were, imposed on Edward Ball, Arthur M. Anderson, and William Elliott for not having their vehicles properly lighted; and on a similar charge Rene O. Bendall was fined costs only, 10s. For failing to stop on request Sydney J. Allen was fined £1. Failure to produce a driver's license cost John Lovatt costs only, 10s; and for not having a driver's license William E. Paynter was fined £1. On a similar charge and on one of using an unlicensed vehicle Horace G. Guppy was fined 5s on- each charge. Horace T. Harris, was fined 5s on'each charge of not having a, drivers-license, and of not having his vehicle properly lighted. For-permitting the-use of a car without an endorsed certificate the Cycle and Motor Supplies, Ltd., was lined £1; und for using an unlicensed car John E. -Hoylcs was fined costs only, 10s. Cyril H. Twiner was fined costs only, 10s, for failure to notify the change of ownership of a car. John Westmoreland was fined 5s for having a chimney on fire. . " For leaving their cars unattended Abraham Joseph -and Harold 11. Wood were each, fined 10s. - Charles. Wi Ilouchen was fined 15s and costs only, lis, on charges of failing to stop .on request -and of not having his vehicle properly lighted. For not having her car under: proper control Mildred S.
