To-morrow evening Sunday school teachers and anyone interested in children will have an opportunity of conferring with Dr. Poole and Sir Edward Sh:u-p, as the Sunday School Union lias arranged a tea and conference in the Terrace Congregational Schoolroom, to which a general invitation is given. At 8 o'clock Dr. Poole will lecture in the church. Engine trouble at Maiigaweka delayed the "limited" south express * yesterday an hour and a quarter.
