Schedules of conditions and maps showing the blocks into which the area is divided for trapping rights may be inspected at the Town Clerk's Office at Wellington, Petone, Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, and Palmerston North. ' Tenders must state, the amount to be paid to the Wellington City Council for each block separately, whether^ on the lump sum or the per skin basis. The maximum amount of the deposit the tenderers (if successful for a lump sum block) are prepared to pay before starting' must also be stated. The numbers and names of persons proposed to be included in the party, along with at least one reference as to character of tenderer, from a person of high standing, must be forwarded with the tender. .
