The Koyal Commission inquiring into civic affairs has concluded the taking of evidence without any further startling revelations. Counsel will commence their addresses on Monday, but Mr. Shand, who is assisting the Commissioner, hinted that he might require tho Commission to be reopened, as ho had received some most startling information.
