Navy code experts stato that ASRAO3 was the signature of tho Vladivostok station, and the message should be read as follows: —"To all ships from Vladivostok station: I havo something to transmit. The'dirigiblo of-General Nobile is in distress, asking for help. Ho is supplied with a short-wave, 30.33----metre radio."
