The Hague Arbitration Tribunal has given a verdict against Germany in her claim that sho .is entitled, since 192-1, to deduct from-the Dawes annuities the value of German private property liquidated or sequestrated by Allied countries under authority of tho Treaty of Versailles. The British Empire is interested to the extent of £30,000,000.
