DE LUXE THEATRE. "Frnnrh Dressing," a drama of mr.rricd lire, featuring H. I!. Warner, Lois Wilson, Clivo lirook, and Lilyan Tashman, is Hie feature now screening at the He I.uxo Theatre. Tho photoplay .deals with tlio married llfo of two wealthy people, who, although having everything money could buy, were blind to the love they bad for each other. There is a-charm-ing, -love romauco which is finely developed. Considerable scope is given to H. B. Warner for tlio enactment of a role that suits him admirably and proves his versatilty in many ways, (iood supports are also shown, and the usual excellent musical programme is supplied both by AH' .Aaronii, at the Wurlltmorgan and by the orchestra. One of tho most famous stage successes has proved ono of the most successful screen remedies in years. It i:i "Baby Mine," which commences screening at tho Do Luxe Theatre on Friday evening next, with a matinee, on Saturday, at 2.30. Karl Dane and George X., Arthur, heroes of "Rookies," are starring as a comedy team In the now picture, which tells the story of two college youths who fall heir to a cotiplo of squalling infants. This picture has a thousand and one laughs in it, nud without doubt the funniest screened in Wellington for many a long day. The supporting programme will ho unusual.
