CITY PROPERTY.
McssL-a. S. George Nathan and Co. submitted to public auction at their rooms, Customhouse quay, this morning, the residential property of the late Joseph Joseph, having a frontage o£ nearly 200 feet to Grant road and 66 feet to Burnell avnnuc, with the sixteen-roomed residence. Bidding started at £7000, and quickly rose to £9750, but as the reserve was not reached it was passed in.
