(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Tho mysterious disappearance of Eobert Charles Austin, a New Zealand boy who left this country in 1878, and who has riot been seen or heard of for more than fifty years, was recalled at the Supremo Court to-day, when Mr. Justice Blair granted to Lillian Mary Park, administrator of tho estate, authority for the presumption of Austin's death without issue. Tho estate, has a net value- exceeding £11,000, and Eobert Charles Aus-n tin, as the next-of-kin, was entitled to one-eighth, share.
