The "Daily Telegraph's" correspondent has obtained details of the treaty entered into between Turkey and Afghanistan as a result of King Amanullah's visit. , ' The treaty pledges the parties to an inviolate peace and eternal friendship. In the event of one of the parties being the object of an aggressive movement by any Power ,; or Powers, the other party to the treaty undertakes to employ all its efforts to prevent aggression. If, despite these efforts, the movement takes active form and an armed attack becomes a fait accompli, the Turkish and Afghan Governments are pledged to confer together and seek a decision which will conform to their common superior interests.. The Turkish Government undertakes to put all its military experts at Afghanistan's disposition. Another article ordains that both enjoy most-favoured nation treatment.
