REJECTION OF BILL TIME FOE CONSIDERATION Australian Press Association. , NEW YORK, 28th May. The "New York World," discussing the rejection of the Naval Bill, says: "Congress will meet again after the oleetion with a new mandate for all the Representatives and some of the Senators. It will be time then to consider what the navy really needs and to provide for its needs in a manner the electorate will approve. Meanwhile we shall do very well as we' are.''
