ACCESS REPORT
READY FOR COUNCIL . The Access Commission has completed its report for the City Council, and in all probability it will be laid before councillors on Thursday evening, though it is hardly likely that it will be discussed at that meeting. Certainly it cannot be discussed if councillors- are to read ■it through beforehand, for it is a tremendous report, an inch and a half of typed foolscap sheets. The council already has ahead a discussion of the. proposals for tho re-laying out of tho Town Hall and adjoining bio'oka, and no doubt that matter will be-final-ised beforo the bigger job of access is undertaken. Probably tho report will bo available to tho public, through the Press, after Thursday evening's council meeting.
