CAPITAL AND LABOUR
COALITION GOVERNMENT REBUFF TO COMMUNISM Uniied Press Association—By Electric T«ltcraph—Copyright. United Service. (Received 28th May, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, 27th May. The, Berlin correspondent of the "Observer" says that the outstanding facts of the elections are the approach of a peaceful Germano-Polish trade ' agreement. France will sde! that every measure is taken to fulfil German obligations. Russia will have no cause to complain. . Capital and Labour will almost certainly meet in a Coalition Government as the increase in Communism is attributable to Moscow Propaganda, and not to German unrest. If Moscow's influence is to continue she will arrange a less destructive policy in the Reichstag since decent people- are repelled by the offensiveness and histrionism of the Communist members.
