« , The Victoria College Debating Society lias arranged to debate the question of the Samoan Administration with the junior Keform League. The motion, which roads as follows:—"That the Government's administration of the mandate for Western Samoa is to be condemned," will be moved by three spcal»«rs from the Colicge Society and opposed by a similar number from the Keform League, after which members o!' cither will lie allowed ,to speak.
