APPLICATION GRANTED
The case in which W. S. M'Gibbon, public accountant, of Christehurch, applied for the removal of his name from the A list of shareholders of R. Harding and Co. (in liquidation), was concluded before Mr. Justieo Ostler in .tho Supreme Court yesterday afternoon. His Honour niado an order excluding tho name of tho applicant from tho list of shareholders, costs being allowed in the sum of £15 15s.
