NORGROVE'S FATE ' TO BE DECIDED NEXT WEEK (By Telegraph.—Press -Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Counsel for Norgrove, the condemned murderer, has been notified by the Controller-General of Prisons that a further medical examination by an independent,doctor will be undertaken at Mount Eden prison next week. A'petition for< Norgrove's reprieve is being presented to the Governor-Gen-eral on Tuesday, and will be considered by the Executive Council on Thursday, when Norgrove's fate will be finally decided. ,
