Broadhouse. Mr. G. D. Fraser, chief officer of the Marama, has been appointed acting master of the Kartigi. Mr. A. R. Champion, second offlrer of the Maunganui, has left tho vessel, having been appointed to a shore position. Mr. It. it. Scott lias been re-appointed chief officer of tho Aorangi after holidays, Mr. J3.M. Anderson -reverting to second ollicer, relieving Mr. O. H. Kinic for instructions,
