DECISION RESERVED
Decision was reserved by Mr. Justice Ostler in, the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon in the case in which Thomas Taylor,asked for an order for the delivery of a share certificate fbr 500 shares in the Unique Advertising Service (N.Z.), Ltd., alleged to have been deposited with J. G. Davies. The plaintiff also claimed £500 damages for alleged wrongful refusal by Davies to deliver the certificate and a promissory note for £250. Mr. F. C. Spratt appeared for the plaintiff and Mr. L. H. Herd for the defendant.
