Increases of capital have been made in the following companies:—Eclipse Fence Co.. Ltd., Christchurch, to £5000 by issue of 2600 preference shares of. £1 each. JMiterpriso Boot Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Christchurch, from £10,000 to £13,000 by creation of 3000-shares of £1 each. Zsapier Loan and Discbunt Co., Ltd.. from £5000 to £10.000 by creation of 5000 additional shares of £1 each.
