Tudhppe, Assistant Crown Solicitor, in the Magistrate's Court today when Giovani Zino, of Nowtown, pleaded guilty to selling flounders under nine inches in length. Evidence.was given by an inspector under th.^ .Sea Fisheries v Act that he visited the defendant's shop' and found eleven flounders under' nine -inches long •exposed- for salei- The."smallest .flounder measured eight and a quarter inches. The inspector added that the defendant appeared to have acted in ignorance of' tho regulations. Mr. Tudhope stated that, the prosecution was the first to be heard in.
