ORDER FOR DESTROcnON INQUIRY: INTO ORIGIN OP GAS ••Times" C'ublca: (■Received 25th May, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 2:Hh May. The Berlin correspondent of "The Times" reports that experts, have decided that remaining stocks of phosgene must be destroyed, by caustic soda and ammonia. The Minister of Kconomic Affairs at to-dr.«y's Cabinet stated that the gas was not intended for a. military purpose. A departmental expert had gono to Hamburg'to conduct an inquiry into the actual origin of the'gas.
