He trained at Battersca Park with Lord Burghlcy, the noted hurdler, and .reported that his- knee (which troubled him some time ago) . stood up . well to tho work-ont. Porritt had another run. at Queen's Park shortly afterwards, and was surprised to find his muscular condition so good, after nine niontha without strenuous, physical exercise. He was very satisfied with results. -
