In ■ the Supremo Court to-day, Mr. Justice Smith delivered judgment in the case of Leonard Davidson Paterson against Vcra Patcrsan, a petition for dissolution of marriage upon the ground that the petitioner and 'the respondent were parties to a separation by mutual consent and hud lived separate and apart since January, 1923. The. petition was dismissed.'
