The body of Lord Trematon, nephew of Queen Mary, and only son and heir of the Earl of Athlone (at present Gover-nor-General of South Africa) and Princess Alice, Countess of Athlone, arrived at Dover from France on 18th April on the destroyer Tempest, for burial in St. George's Chapel, Windsor, the ceremony taking place on 20th April.. Viscount Trsmaton's death was the result of a motor accident in/France to which ho eventually succumbed after lingering for fifteen days. The coffin is seen on board the destroyer.
