"Hutt Resident," in' a. letter to "The Post,"1 complains of the administration of the bus services to Lower Hutt. He states that, after" a few week's' absence from Wellington he was.. informed that the return half of a ticket bought from the Hutt Combined service was.useless since .hat company had sold out to the Railway Department:-.
