LOST IN MOUNTAINS
MISSING WOMAN FOUND DEAD United Press Association—lt.v Electric TcloEraph—Cdjiyrlght. (Received 7th May, 2 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Mrs. G. Gilbert's dead body was discovered in a Bitting position in the Blue Mountains near Katoomba. She was in ill-health and wandered from home on Easter Monday. A long search by men has been maintained over since, her husband offering £50 ro- ' ward. Her death was apparently peaceful. The body was found at tho bottom of a cliff, with shoes and stockings removed* She had evidently wandered down a steep pass to a.rocky ledge, sat down, and died.
