OUTLOOK FOR TEA
Australfan Press Association. (Received 7th May, 3 p.m.) CALCUTTA, 6th May. The Indian Tea Association has cabled to London that tho weather is "abnormally dry in all districts, and rain badly wanted." All garden managers are complaining of tho drought, which is likely to make this a very late tea season.
