Zoubkoffi has gone to Luxemburg and arranged to meet tho Princess Victoria at Tulje, on the Belgo-German frontier, iv a week. In the meantimo tho Princess says that she is in complete agreement with him, and has written to the Grand Duchess for permission for a temporary stay with her husband in Luxemburg.
