.(By TclcgL-iipU.—Press Association.) CtHKYMOUTH, Bth April. The professional boxing contest for the New Zealand middle-weight championship between Jim Broadfoot and Harry Casey last night went the fifteen rounds, Casey being the winner on points after a very good bout. Broadfoot boxed well, though once down for nine, but Casey was superior both in attack and defence, giving Ms finest exposition here. In a welter match, J. Moynahan (Runanga) drew with Jack Nelson (Greymouth), while D. Richardson (Waiuta) defeated M. Kiely (Greymouth) in a fea-ther-weight bout,, and W. Duggan (Runanga) won from J. Andrews (Greymouth) in a light-weight match.
