The report of the Parliamentary Party, which gave a detailed review of the last session, stated that the session was the longest on record, and probably the most barren in practical resultt.'.'A feature of the debate and divisions was the manner in which the Liberals ranged themselves on tho side of tho Government and against the Labour Party. Tho hours of the conference were fixed at from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m., and 7 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. To-morrow evening the visiting delegates will bo-entertained by the Wellington Labour . .Representation Committee.
