Lockor-Lainpson, Foreign Undor-Secro-tury, roferring to a series of questions on tho Zinovicff lotter, said that as the Govornmont, was providing an opportunity for a debate on the subject, it would bo better to give the information, then instead of by means of answors to questions now. Asked if it was usual to refuse information tiecauso thero would eventually be a debate on the subject, Mr. Lockor-Lainpson said that ho was not refusing information. All tho questions would be answered in tho course of tho debate.-
