(Beceived 9th February, 1 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Bth February. Captain Joseph Cos'tes and Lieutenant Dieudonne Le Brix arrived from Alabama after a flight described as dangerous. They were met by Mr. Curtis Wilbur (Secretary of the Navy), Mr. Dwight Davis (Secretary of War), the French Ambassador (M. Claudel), and others.
