INTERRUPTOE IN ST. PAUL'S (Received 9th January, 3 p.m.) ! LONDON, Bth January. A man seated behind a pillar, rendering localisation difficult, interrupted the Rev. T. Wellard on his entering the pulpifr at St. Paul's this morning, saying: "In the name of the Father, Son, and people of England I protest against ministers of the church acting as Christion ministers because they are accessories to hellish wrongs in defiance of the laws of God and man upon the people and poor by ministers, Judges, and law officers." The vergers asked the interjeetor to leave,- and followed a refusal by forcible ejection. He withheld his name and address and promised to return. His grievance was against the police arresting poor men on false charges and accepting bribes, in which he declared ministers and Magistrates acquiesced.
