ALMOST A CYCLING TRAGEDY. Tho Cyclists' Touring Club was enjoying its weekly pedal recently, when one of the 'members was constantly being chaffed for his gloomy face, notwithstanding that every other member was enjoying tho outing. "Well, wouldn't you be out of sorts," he retorted, "if you had forgotten your tobaccos" "No; I'd borrow some." "But I smoke Bears' —and there's no smoke like it!" "So do most of us. Here's some!"
