SERIOUS INDICTMENT (Received 7th January, 12.30 p.m.) BOSTON, 6th January. A letter written by Lieutenant Donald Woller, one of the victims of the Si disaster, published here, said in I part: "Something terrible will havo to happen to an S boat before the Navy I Department will believe us when we say tho S boats are unsafe and of no military value. The boat is in a worse condition than before going into dry dock. We were given twenty-four hours' notice to get under way for Provincetown, allowing no time for satisfactory tests of the condition of the motor."
