EASTBOURNE TRANSPORT SERVICE.
«. The management of the Eastbourne ferry and motor-omnibus service draws attention to special attractions for to-morrow. Arrangements have, been made for the Artillery Band, under the capable contluctorship of Captain Herd, to play selections on the ferry wharf at 2.15 p.m. and then on the journey across the harbour on the ferry steamer, and to render an open-air concert at Day's Bay pavilion at 3.15. Buses will also run every hour from the Library, and visitors may avail themselves of a delightful round trip under ideal conditions. The beach, bush, and other scenic features make this beautiful seaside suburb a delightful holiday resort. There are splendid sandy beaches at Day's Bay and llona Bay, and the smallest children may bathe in perfect safety. Visitors may oatch the early boats and buses to get a good day's outing. Trampers, golfers, tennis players, and bowlers will find plenty of scope for this favourite amusement in the east harbour district. The management asks those making arrangements for picnics and excursions during the summer months to obtain par-ticulax-s about special concessions offered to parties.
