CANADIAN MIGRATION
(Received 7th January, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 6th January. It is understood that the launching of a far-reaching new scheme of Canadian migration is the reason why Mr. Crutchley, financial adviser to the Overseas Settlement Committee, has embarked for Canada to meet Mr. Leopold Amery. The Cabinet at Ottawa will arrange the dotails. .
