MR. RONALD M'NEILL TO BE
HONOURED

EUGBY, 2Sth October. It_ is officially announced that the King has approved the conferment of a Barony upon Mr. Eonald M'Neill, who was recently, appointed to succeed Viscount Cecil as Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, with a scat in the Cabinet. Mr. M'Neill will, it is stated, unofficially speak in the House of Lords for the Foreign Office and act as British representative to the League of Nations in place of Viscount Cecil. He was formerly Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs.
