(Beceived 17th September, 3 p.m.) LONDON, 17th September. . For North Dublin, General Mulcahy " (Government), Mr. Alfred Byrne (Independent) and Mr. James Larkin (In-* dependent. Labour) were elected. - For South Dublin (seven seats), Mr. S. Lamass (Mr. de Valera's chief party agent). Dr. Hennessy, and Mr. J. W. ( Beckett (Government) were elected. Mr. Blythe, Minister of Finance headed the poll at Monaghan. ■' Mr. Frank Aiken, Mr. do Valera's chief lieutenant, headed the poll for County Louth, displacing tHe Govern■ment member elected in June. _OaPt;ain Bedmond was elected for - Wateriord, where two members of Mr. ; ac Valerk's party and one Government candidate were also returned. The Labour leader, Mr. Johnson, was i defeated for Dublin County •
